1. What is Truzio Mobile?
Truzio Mobile is a wireless service provider offering affordable unlimited plans, 5G access, generous mobile hotspot data, and international coverage—all with no contracts or credit checks.
2. Do I need a credit check or ID to sign up?
No credit check or ID is required to join Truzio Mobile. We make switching simple and accessible for everyone.
3. What plans do you offer? Is the 1st month Really Free?
Our flagship plan is the Titanic Plan: $65/month, unlimited talk, text, data, and 60GB of mobile hotspot. No contracts, no credit checks, and just a one-time $35 activation fee.

4. Is there a contract?
No. All Truzio Mobile plans are contract-free. Cancel or change anytime.
5. Do I get to keep my current phone number?
Yes! You can transfer your existing number to Truzio Mobile during activation.
6. What network does Truzio Mobile use?
We use the AT&T network for nationwide 5G and 4G LTE coverage, including hotspot access.
7. How does the referral program work?
Earn $30 cash every time someone you refer pays their 1st bill. No limit on referrals, and you don’t need to be a Truzio customer to participate!
8. How do I activate my service?
Send your account number and PIN from your current provider. Transfers are processed Mon–Fri, 9am–8pm, and typically take up to 2 hours. Your phone will restart when activation is complete.
